Status Airframe:
1979 was a pinacle year for the Cherokee Six and this example is a rare find. A one owner, never smoked in, onepilot, one airport aircraft, it has flown just 2,580 total hours since it left the factory. It has been Hangared since new, and has been maintained to corporate standards.The avionics were extensively upgraded recently.The annua is due in June of 2025, the IFR check August 2025.

Status Engine:
The original engine was flown to 2,355 hours. The major overhaul, with factory new cylinders, was completed by Blueprint Engines on April 15, 2023. All components firewall forward, are either new or overhauled. This includes propeller and governor, starter, alternator, baffleing, exhaust system, mags and harness, fuel servo and divider, both oil coolers, and all hoses and engine mounts. The the current engine has accumulated 125 hours, and oil consumption has stabilized at 11 hours per quart. The engine is equipped with a EZ engine heater, therefore there have been no cold starts. The compressions at anual were all cylinders in the mid to high 70's.The engine has the balance of a three year transferrable warranty.

Avionics:
In August 2021 the avionics were upgraded. The aircraft vacuumsystem was eliminated by the installation of electronic instruments. To the Garmin 530W and the G430W was added both the Garmin-GI275 ATT and HSI, complete withthewingmounted GMU11magnetometerforgreateraccuracy. Thereis a GMA-350 audio panel, and a GTX-345 transponder with ADS-B out and a GDL69A for satélite weather, and WX-500 Stormscope. It also retains the original weather radar. The Autocontrol IIB autopilot has been ovehauled and Works perfectly and is used regularly to shoot approaches.
Equipment & Features:
Club seating, refreshment center, true airspeed indicator, 8-day clock, electric trim, EDM 700 fuel flow transducer, vent fan system, The aircraft has intercom with push-to-talk on pilot's and copilot's control wheels.

Exterior:
Original factory paint. Done in overall Matterhorn White, with Inca Gold trim and Onyx accent. The paint shows the normal chips that the years bring, and has the front erosion that occurs with many hours of IFR operation, but the shine is still there. It is obvious the airplane has been hangared and cared for.

Interior:
Original factory, featuring club seating with gold and Brown valor fabric and Brown carpeting. There is a center refreshment center. The glass is good, except there is a small crack in the pilot's window. The windshield. Was replaced recently.The interior is neat and clean and shows well for it's age.

Comments:
We seldom encounter an aircraft with a pedegree and history such as this. If you simply want the best Six on the market you should look at this.
