Airframe:
There is 2,271 hours total time on the airframe. The aircraft was covered with Ceconite in 1998, and it had an extensive restoration in 2009. The fabric was rejuvenated at that time and refinished with butyrate dope in a cream and maroon color. A new interior was done then, all glass was replaced and the interior trim items were stripped and refinished. New Univair struts and forks were installed then as well as new Univair fairings, nose bowl and lower cowling.

A picturesque bed and breakfast located on the Tygart River in the scenic hills of West Virginia.
Engine:
The engine has accumulated 25 hours since a major overhaul by Columbia Engines in 2008. The engine was reinstalled with a refinished mount, a new Niagara oil cooler, an oil filter adapter, a new Univair engine baffling kit and all new oil and fuel hoses and new engine mounts.

Avionics:
Narco CP-136 audio panel, Narco Com 120 and a Narco AT-150 transponder with encoder.

Comments:
The owner wants to sell to a good home since he has bought a twin. There is too much that was done to list it all, the logs are complete to day one and the aircraft has been hangared and pampered. It will be delivered with a fresh annual.
