| Status: 7,540 hours total time, the logs are complete from the factory. The engine was overhauled by Custom Airmotive 350 hours ago in 2012. The 3-bladed propeller was also overhauled at that time. The aircraft is hangered and the annual is due in September, 2022 and there is no damage history, according to the owner. |

| Avionics: King KX-155 nav/com with glide slope, Narco Mk-12D nav/com, audio panel, marker beacons, KR-85 ADF and ADS-B in and out was added at a cost of $5,000. The autopilot is the Autocontrol II. |

| Exterior: Beautifully refinished in 2014. Stripped and painted in overall Matterhorn White, With China Red trim and Battleship Gray accent. |

| Interior: The interior was completely renewed in 2015. The seats are done with dark gray leather, with light gray inserts. Custom carpet and careful detailing makes this interior show like new. |
