History goes as follows: The engine and prop removed by previous owner to build RV-7 and this airframe was sold. The current owner purchased the airframe April of 2020. The current engine was sourced from a Piper Arrow. IO360C1C-200hp SMOH 1371.2 Last comp taken were 79-78-75-79. It has aHartzell HC-C2YK-1B prop that requires 100 hr hub inspection. The owner has been slowly buying parts and assembling aircraft. The left elevator is currently unskinned for repair and install of EET-1 electric trim kit. It has 2 full empennage assemblies. Not sure why. The guy that the current owner purchased it from didn't know either. There are new W-715 wingtips with FlyLED's installed. It has a new Skytec starter, a new prop governor and superior cold air induction. Things required to finish assembly: L elevator skin w/ electric trim install. Exhaust, control cables, wiring, plumbing for fuel system, air intake in front of fuel regulator/ throttle body. Panel. Cowlings were custom built for the wide deck 200hp IO360. The owner doesn't have the time, currently need to pay for more flight training and life.
