Status:
We are proud to present what may well be, the most pristine 182A on the market. It is rare that a 60 plus year-old aircraft has escaped mistreatment while being based in the most corrosion-free area of the country, but this fortunate example has. The logs are complete since new and the airframe has 3,937 hours since manufacture. The engine is running clean and dry and has 1,978 hours since major overhaul. The compressions at the last annual were good, and the owner has had two mechanics, whose opinions he values highly, tell him not to touch the engine. The annual is due in September of 2019. The prop has 1,475 SPOH.

We realize that this is not an airplane for the buyer who is looking for low engine time and updated avionics. Rather this airplane is a find for someone serious about owning a prize-winning early 182. Look at the detailed photos before you discount this airplane. You will likely never see another one like it.
Avionics:
Dual King KX-170B nav/coms, glideslope, King KR-85 ADF, King KT-76 transponder, 2-place intercom and marker beacons.

Equipment & Features:
Exhaust gas temperature gauge, Quartz clock/timer, G meter, alternate static system, heated pitot. A new Electronics International MPV-50 engine monitor system was just installed, as was a Quick Exchange oil filter. It has a Quartz clock/timer and a G meter. The tires are new. Hangared, complete logs since new.

Exterior:
When the owner bought the aircraft it still wore the original bare aluminum from the factory. Due to the climate where the aircraft had spent it's life, it was in beautiful condition and needed only to be professionally polished to achieve an incredible shine. The factory painted areas were then refinished in Onyx and Canary Yellow.

Interior:
The interior was gutted and completely detailed. The windshield was replaced, front shoulder belts were added and all seat belts were replaced. A new headliner was installed, along with Rosen Visors. The baggage area was extended and new door locks were added. Finely, new seats, sidewalls and carpet in the correct style and fabric were installed.
