Exterior:
The airplane was painted in 1992. Done in Vestal White with Sunburst Orange trim and Azure Blue accent and the condition reflect its careful ownership. All glass was replaced at the time of painting.

Interior:
The interior is done in brown vinyl with tan fabric sidewalls and inserts on the seats. The condition is excellent. The panel is very clean and straight, the headliner is as new.

Comments:
The airplane is immaculate and it is hangared, as it has always been. The logs are complete from the factory test flight. The aircraft was damaged in a nose over landing in deep snow in 1992 and properly repaired with good documentation. There has been no other damage.

This is a very rare low-time 180 that has had exceptional care and is owned by a retired airline captain. The aircraft comes with service and parts manuals, jack pads, window shades and an uninstalled KR-85 ADF and other minor spares. The airplane sat in its hangar from 2007 to 2011, then had an annual inspection. It has been on oil analysis since 2004 and the reports have been excellent.
