Avionics:
Garmin GNC300XL IFR certified GPS/com, Narco Mark 12D nav/com with glide slope, marker beacons, Narco AT165 transponder with encoder, PM Engineering PM1000 intercom and an STec 20 autopilot.

Equipment & Features:
Steps and handles, Hobbs meter, alternate static system, heated pitot, All Logs, No Damage History

Exterior:
Overall Matterhorn White, with Azure Blue trim and Robin Egg blue accent. The paint is several years old, but in decent condition.

Interior:
Blue fabric inserts bit blue vinyl trim on the seats, blue sidewalls and navy carpet. The front seats need attention, but overall the condition of the interior is in fair condition

Comments:
The aircraft has complete logs with no accidents or incidents listed against it on the FAA data base. A clean, straight and IFR ready 172M with lots of time left before overhaul is necessary. Call me now to discuss this plane.
