Status:
The Cessna P210 is a six place, high wing, single engine airplane equipped with retractable tricycle landing gear, and a cabin pressurization system.

Aircraft total time since new 3,638, the logs are complete from the factory, and the engine has 1,315 hours since major overhaul. The propeller has 214 hours since overhaul, the annual is due July 2022 and the IFR certification is due March 2024. The aircraft has had the same careful owner for the last 30 years and he has kept it hangered.

Avionics:
Garmin 347 audio panel with markers, intercom and voice recorder. Garmin 430W GPS/nav-com, MX 385 nav-com, dual glideslopes, Stratus ES transponder with ADS-B out, Garmin G-5 EFIS with back-up Vacuum artificial horizon, dual altimeters, Collins DME and R-Nav, Cessna ADF, a Stormscope WX-10A, and an STec System 50 autopilot with altitude hold.

Equipment & Features:
Air conditioning, Known Icing Package*including heated boots and windshield, Aircraftsman Intercooler, dual vacuum pumps, electric trim, Monarch fuel caps, Rosen Visors, oil sump heater, cabin cover, GEM engine monitor. Post, strobe and courtesy lights, co-pilot push-to-talk. A gas powered tug (see it in one of the photos above) is also included.

Exterior:
Overall, it is finished in San Mateo Wheat, with Dark Red trim and Jet Black accent, giving the aircraft an attractive appearance. The paint has a nice shine and reflects a lifetime of hangaring and care.

Interior:
Sandalwood leather seats and sidewalls with complementing carpeting. The headliner and glass are in good condition and the entire cabin shows well.

Comments:
An extraordinary aircraft. The boots were replaced with new in 2017. The compressions at the last annual were 62, 70, 60, 64, 60, 72. The useful load is 1,331 lbs. Call me now.
