| Status: The Cessna P210 is a six place, high wing, single engine airplane equipped with retractable tricycle landing gear, and a cabin pressurization system. Aircraft total time since new 3,638, the logs are complete from the factory, and the engine has 1,315 hours since major overhaul. The propeller has 214 hours since overhaul, the annual is due July 2022 and the IFR certification is due March 2024. The aircraft has had the same careful owner for the last 30 years and he has kept it hangered. |

| Exterior: Overall, it is finished in San Mateo Wheat, with Dark Red trim and Jet Black accent, giving the aircraft an attractive appearance. The paint has a nice shine and reflects a lifetime of hangaring and care. |

| Interior: Sandalwood leather seats and sidewalls with complementing carpeting. The headliner and glass are in good condition and the entire cabin shows well. |

| Comments: An extraordinary aircraft. The boots were replaced with new in 2017. The compressions at the last annual were 62, 70, 60, 64, 60, 72. The useful load is 1,331 lbs. Call me now. |
