| 3,115 hours total time, engine 1,219 hours SMOH by Clydesdale, 1981. The logs are complete. Wing leading edge skin replaced due to bird strike, and the elevators and rudder replaced in 1984 due to a hangar incident. There is no other damage. The annual was completed in November 2022. The aircraft has been based and continually hangered at Mallory Airport since 1992. | ||

Features: Wheel fairings (nose gear fairing included, needs slight repair), heated pitot, alternate static system, cylinder head temperature gage, Slick mags. |

| Exterior: Overall Matterhorn White, with Sonic Blue trim and Roman Red accent. The paint has the normal chips and scratches, but still has a nice shine, thanks to always being hangared. The glass is excellent. |

| The interior is neat and clean and has a new head liner. | ||
| Comments: The compressions at annual were 72, 72, 72, 72, 73, 72 over 80. With the aircraft but not installed is a Garmin 340 audio panel and a King KN-64 DME. Call me now to discuss this airplane. |
