The log books are complete and sequential since new
and there is no damage history. The aircraft is hangered and the
annual was completed in July 2020 and compressions at that time were
74, 73, 72, 74, 74, 75. The present owner has had the aircraft for
12 years. |
|
Avionics: Dual
MX-300 nav/coms, glide slope, AT-50A transponder with encoder and
intercom and the audio panel/MB is Collins. The UAvonix ADS-B has
been fitted to the left wing tip and has been certified. |
|
Equipment &
Features: Avionics master, 8-day clock. The
wheel fairings are included with the aircraft. |
|
|
|
Exterior: The
aircraft was stripped and painted in 1991. It is finished in overall
Matterhorn White, with Navy trim and Sky-Blue accent. The paint is
in fair condition and would respond well to a deep cleaning and
buffing. The aircraft shows very slight hail dimples in certain
light but is not noticeable under most conditions. |
|
|
|
Interior: The
seats and sidewalls are done in blue fabric and vinyl and show well,
but again would benefit from a deep cleaning. The windshield and
rear glass is good, but the door windows need replacing. The control
yokes have been updated to the later Cessna type. |

Comments:
This
early 172 has a great pedigree and needs only some TLC to make it
outstanding. Call me now to discuss this plane.
