paint shows well and was done in the early 2000's. It is finished in
overall Matterhorn White, with Roman Red trim and Inca Gold Metallic

seats, sidewalls and carpeting have been updated. The seats and
sidewalls are blue vinyl with blue fabric inserts and trim. The
instrument panel is crisp and clean, the headliner is good and the
glass is clear and uncrazed. |

Comments: The
airplane is hangered, the logs are complete from the factory test
flight and there is no damage history, according to the owner.
This
IFR equipped low-time Skyhawk has an almost new engine and an
