OVERVIEW: In
2007 the 1963 Cessna 206 N206DJ S/N 206-0055 was selected as a sound
Airframe with no corrosion and no damage history for substantial
upgrading with a planned use for the owner and his wife to use for
travel purposes during their retirement years. The five year
modernization and upgrading was completed in spring of 2012, and the
Aircraft placed in service effectively in March 2012.
In
2014 the owner, who created this incredible aircraft encountered a
medical problem that grounded him and the aircraft was sold to the
present owner. This owner enjoyed a year and about a hundred hours
in the aircraft until his trip profile changed and he now needs a
faster aircraft for longer trips and has placed the aircraft for
sale.
