Status:
4,345 hours total time since new, the logs are complete and there is no damage history. The engine has 19 hours SMOH in 2020. The field overhaul was done to factory new specs and has an excellent writeup. The prop has 554 hours since overhaul. The annual inspection is due June 2023.
Avionics:
The aircraft is VFR equipped with a MX-300 nav-com, An ADF-31A ADF and a KT-76 transponder and encoder.

Equipment & Features:
Strobes and courtesy lights, Door Steward, 8-day clock, Hobbs meter, Exhaust temperature gage. The fuel cells were replaced in April 2018.

Exterior:
Stripped and painted in 2010 and hangered since, the aircraft shows as practically new. All glass was replace at that time as well as any exterior plastic that had issues. The aircraft was painted in a late Cessna scheme featuring overall Matterhorn with Cranberry Red trim and Silver Gold and Tuxedo Black accent.

Interior:
The interior was gutted, all needed plastic replaced and dyed and a new leather and wool interior was installed in 2010. The airplane has only been out of the hangar when it was flown since and the interior still looks and smells brand new.

Comments:
With a Rocky Mountain history and a perfect pedigree, this aircraft is a great choice for the installation of your dream package of avionics. As a VFR-only aircraft, you aren't paying for avionics that you won't want in your new panel. Call me now to discuss.
