Status:
2,691 hours total time, the engines have 115/115 SMOH in
September 2013, and the Top Props ($22,000) have accumulated 23
hours since new. The aircraft has complete logs from the factory,
with no damage from new. The aircraft has been hangered all its life
and was originally a mid-west aircraft that was moved to Oregon
before its present owner moved it to Pennsylvania in 2017. The
annual is due in July 2022 and a recent oil analysis is available.
Avionics:
PS Engineering 6000 audio panel with markers and
intercom, Garmin 530W, KY-97 com dual glide slopes, Lynx 9000
transponder system with ADS-B in and out, traffic and weather and an
STec 40 autopilot with altitude hold and roll steering.
Exterior: Recent $22,000 strip and pant by Dial
Eastern. Done in correct factory scheme in factory Teal over
Matterhorn White. All glass was new at the repaint.
Interior:
Restored to the original factory look using certified
materials and finished in appropriate green and black colors. New
custom panel overlay with engraved original checklist.
Comments:
Some, but certainly not all the restored items and
improvements include conversion to engine alternators, all fuel
bladders replaced, and Eagle drain valve kits added, all flight
instruments overhauled, all engine gages and instruments overhauled,
all new engine control cables, Boggart copper cable kit, Boggart
battery box, left and right gear actuators overhauled. All STCs are
present and all receipts and invoices for all work done are
organized and with the aircraft records. Call me now to discuss this
