| Status: A rare one-owner aircraft. 1,807 hours total time, with 127 hours since major overhaul by Penn Yann in 1998. The prop was overhauled at the same time. The aircraft has been kept in annual, but flown very little in the past 10 years. It has always been hangered, there is no damage history and the logs are complete from the factory. Compression checks were recorded as: #1 73/80 #2 73/80 #3 73/80 #4 73/80 at the last annual. |

| Exterior: Original factory paint, done in allover white, with maroon trim and red accent. It is showing the aging one would expect from almost 40 years. While it could be detailed and flown as is, the new owner will probably want to paint it. |

| Interior: Original factory interior, done in red velour. No rips or tears and minimal fading due to always being stored inside. Respectable, but the buyer will probably want to have it redone. |
