4,350 hours total time since new, engines 630 total time hours since factory remanufacture in March of 2001, propellers 630 hours since overhaul. The logs are complete from new and there is no damage history. The annual is due December 2021 and the IFR is due December 2022. The aircraft has been owned and hangered by the same careful owner for the past 31 years.

Aspin E-5 EFI, dual KX-175B nav/coms, dual glide slopes, KMA-20 audio panel with markers, GX-60 IFR approved GPS, WX-10 Stormscope, KT-76A transponder with encoder, ADS-B out wing beacon, 4-place intercom and an STec 55X autopilot.

Equipment & Features:
8-day clock, strobes, post lights, copilot flight instruments, pilot and copilot push-to-talk switch, hot props. The aircraft was manufactured with full deice and the boots were removed when the aircraft was painted in 2008. The balance of the systems remain on the aircraft and boots could be added if desired.

The aircraft received a high-quality strip and paint with Imron in May of 2008 and has been hangered since. It is finished in overall Desert Tan, with Navy trim and Tangerine accent.

Nicely redone several years ago and it shows well. The seats and sidewalls are done in cream leather with complementary carpeting. The panel is clean and well-ordered and the glass is good.

This is a very clean, low time Aztec with a great pedigree. Call me now to discuss this airplane.
