Status:
2,453 hours total time since new, engines 883 SMOH July 20, 2006, with a 1,400 hour TBO. The props have 238 hours since new on Hartzell 3-blades. The annual is due July 1, 2022, and the aircraft will be sold with a fresh annual. The IFR certification is due July 1, 2023. The aircraft was exported to Canada in July 1998 at 984 hours and the US logs were not retained as was the custom then. The aircraft is SCT'd and approved for Basic Med and can be flown without FAA Pilot Medical. It is hangared.

Avionics:

Overall San Mateo Wheat, with Matterhorn White, Rouge, and Satin Black trim and accent. The condition is good.

Interior:
Recent interior and plastics. Tan fabric and vinyl seats, tan sidewalls with complementing carpeting. Six forward facing seats.
