| 5,320 hours total time since new. The logs are complete since the factory test flight, and the aircraft has been privately owned and hangered. There is 1,570 hours on the engine since Major Overhaul. The annual was completed in May of 2023 and the compressions were excellent at that time. | ||
| Avionics: King KX170B nav/com with VOR, King KT-76A transponder with encoder, tail mounted ADS-B out beacon, SPA-400 intercom with push-to-talk on both control wheels. |

| Exterior: The aircraft is overall Matterhorn White, with Deep Red trim and accent. The paint is several years old, but thanks to constanthangaring and good care, it retains a deep shine with only a few chips and tiny imperfections. |

| Interior: Recent light gray genuine leather seats and dark red carpeting. The plastic is in excellent condition and the windshield and side windows are new. The rear glass is excellent and was remounted when the other glass was renewed. All interior metal was refinished and all plastic redyed. |

| Comments: This is one of the nicer 150's that we've seen in a while. It looks like a new aircraft on the interior, and the logs and history are impeccable. The tires, brakes and battery are new, and this turnkey airplane is ready to fly you to your next adventure. Call me now to discuss this plane. |
