Status: 4,325
hours total time since new, the logs are complete from the factory
and there is no damage history. The aircraft is hangered and has
been based at the present airport and in the same hangar since the
1970's. In 2018 the engine and all accessories were major overhauled
by Penn Yann and the engine has now accumulated 50 hours. At the
engine overhaul the engine mount was sand blasted and powder coated
and all mounts and hoses were changed. The annual is due in
September 2019 and the IFR certification is due in September 2020. |

Avionics:
A CP-136 audio panel with markers, dual MK-12D nav/coms, glideslope,
there is a Garmin 327 transponder with encoder and an STec 55
autopilot with altitude hold. The intercom is 4-place and the GPS is
a King KLN-89B. |

Features: Strobe and post lights, new windshield
and glareshield, 8-day clock, vertical card compass, true airspeed
indicator. The aircraft is hangared. |

Exterior: Stripped
and painted several years ago and hangered since, the paint shows
well. It is finished in overall Matterhorn White, with Dark Red trim
and Inca Gold accent. |

interior was done sometime back with an Airtex kit in red vinyl and
fabric and shows neat and clean. |
