Status:
3,332 hours total time, 508 hours SMOH (Triad Aviation Inc) on a Lycoming 0-320-D2B (160 HP) the annual is due 11/2020 and the IFR Check is due 1/2021.

Avionics:
Garmin 340 audio panel with intercom and markers, King KX 155 with glide slope, IFR Approved Garmin GX-60 GPS/Com, Stratus ESG ADS-B Transponder, Insight/F 2000, Strike Finder and S-Tec system 20 Auto Pilot,


Equipment & Features:
InterAv Alternator, SkyTech Starter, Challenger Air Filter, Cleveland Wheels and Brakes, Quartz clock/timer and a Ack ELT. The landing gear donut assembly shocks in all three gear were replaced in 2013.

Exterior:
Stripped and painted March 2004 by one of the best paint shops in the country and hangered since, the Matterhorn White, Navy and China Red paint is exceptionally nice.

Interior:
September 2002, the seats, sidewall panels and carpet were replaced with Airtex. It is upholstered in navy vinyl and gray fabric and shows very well-ordered and clean.

Comments:
A remarkably well-sorted aircraft, ideal for the first-time buyer, with everything you'll need to get instrument rated. This year model of the 23 was the only one to feature the desired Lycoming engine. Call me now to discuss. I have ferry pilots who can deliver.
